Shipping Policy

We normally process physical merchandise orders in approximately 1–2 business days. Carrier delivery is then expected to take 3–5 business days. Please treat both timeframes as estimates rather than guaranteed service commitments.

Check the shipping terms at checkout to see whether delivery is free. Supply your full delivery address and current email and phone information. Product rules, destination restrictions, and carrier coverage can limit where we can ship.

Shipment updates usually go to your checkout email address. Weather, holidays, carrier problems, or verification of delivery details may add time. If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, or shown as delivered but absent, provide the order number, checkout email, tracking ID, destination, and photographs where relevant. Resolution may require a carrier inquiry.
